In this study, the published postgraduate theses on material use in primary education geometry education is intended to be document analyzed. The study included 55 master's theses and 4 doctoral theses published in the field of elementary geometry education between 2007-2023. The 59 postgraduate theses included in the study were selected from those who full text could be accessed in the Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education and included the lesson plan used in the study. The study used the "The Postgraduate Thesis Classification Form” as a data collection tool. With this form, it was tried to determine the general orientations of the studies examined, the grade level and number of students to which the activities were applied, the materials used, the results obtained and the sub-learning area. In this qualitative study, document analysis was used as the data collection method and the collected data were analyzed by both descriptive analysis and content analysis method. The results of the data analysis were obtained using MS Office Excel program. The results obtained; most of the theses examined were published in 2019, most of the studies were conducted with 7th grade students and the number of students in the 51-75 sample range. In the studies, t-test was mostly used as a data analysis method and the implementation period of the activities was mostly 3 weeks. In the results of the theses examined, it was seen that the use of materials in geometry education increased achievement the most. In addition, supporting tools were mostly used as concrete materials and GeoGebra was mostly used as a virtual material. The most material use was realized in the Geometric Solid Sub-Learning Area.
