In this study, it was aimed to investigate the opinions of biology teachers about context-based activities and worksheets. Based on this goal, teachers'; It was aimed to determine their expectations from the process and their views on the applicability and usefulness of context-based biology teaching. Phenomenology pattern study method was used in this research conducted with the qualitative research paradigm. The study was carried out with 15 biology teachers working at Şehit Özgür Kara Anatolian High School Fatih Sultan Mehmet Imam Hatip High School Kalaba Anatolian High School and Kalaba Vocational High School named by the researcher. In the study, each teacher examined two context-based biology teaching activities and gave their opinions. During the interviews, teachers were asked questions within the framework of the competencies of the worksheets prepared with context-based teaching, and then deepening questions were asked to the teachers accordingly. Interviews with teachers were recorded with a tape recorder. The data of the study were collected through observation, interview and field notes. Content analysis was performed on the data obtained at the end of the research. The obtained findings are explained and evaluated by creating codes and categories. As a result of the study, it was determined that teachers of 11 found the worksheets prepared with context-based teaching applicable and useful, while 4 teachers did not find the worksheets prepared with context-based teaching applicable and useful. It is thought that current school conditions and course durations also contribute to teachers' finding the worksheets prepared with context-based teaching sufficient.
