Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine public primary school teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and whether these perceptions differ across gender, age, tenure, branch, educational background, the period of service at the school and the period of working with the same principles.A total of 3805 teachers employed in 88 primary schools in Yenimahalle participated in the study. The sub-population of the study consisted of 357 primary public school teachers selected from this population. The data were gathered through using the Organizational Justice Scale employed in 88 which was developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and adapted to Turkish schools by Polat(2007). For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one way-ANOVA and Scheffe test were used. The research findings show that teachers have positive perceptions of organizational justice and of all subdimesions of it.
