| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine public primary school teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and whether these perceptions differ across gender, age, tenure, branch, educational background, the period of service at the school and the period of working with the same principles.A total of 3805 teachers employed in 88 primary schools in Yenimahalle participated in the study. The sub-population of the study consisted of 357 primary public school teachers selected from this population. The data were gathered through using the Organizational Justice Scale employed in 88 which was developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and adapted to Turkish schools by Polat(2007). For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one way-ANOVA and Scheffe test were used. The research findings show that teachers have positive perceptions of organizational justice and of all subdimesions of it. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Bu çalışmanın amacı Yenimahalle İlçesinde bulunan resmi ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algılarını ve bu algıların; cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem, branş, öğrenim durumu, okuldaki hizmet süresi ve aynı müdürle çalışma süresi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini saptamaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2011-2012 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Ankara Yenimahalle İlçesinde görev yapan 88 resmi ilköğretim okulunda görevli 3805 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem büyüklğü evren sayısı belli olan örneklem için kullanılan formül ile hesaplanmış ve güvenilirlik düzeyi %95 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem büyüklüğü 357 olarak belirlenmiştir. Veriler Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) tarafından geliştirilen ve Polat (2007) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizi için, betimsel istatistik, t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (One Way ANOVA) ve Scheffe testi kullanılmıştır. | tr_TR |
