The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between high school students' information security awareness and digital literacy and to develop forward-looking recommendations based on the results obtained. The variables of the study were determined as information security awareness, digital literacy status and other characteristics of the research group. In this research, other characteristics of students such as information security awareness, digital literacy, gender, internet usage, social media usage, feeling self-sufficient in using online tools and the relationships between these variables were examined. The study group consisted of 187 high school students. Students were reached on a voluntary basis in online environments. The method of this research is a relational research model which is one of the quantitative research methods. In order to collect data, “personal information form”, “information security awareness scale” and anket digital literacy questionnaire ok were used. An electronic statistical program was used to analyze the quantitative data during the data analysis process. The data obtained from the scale and questionnaire used in the study were analyzed using percentage, frequency, ANOVA, correlation and Man Whitney-U test according to variable types. Based on the findings obtained after these analyzes, a significant and positive relationship was found between information security awareness and digital literacy status. On the other hand, students' information security awareness varies according to gender. Gender differentiation was in the unda attacks and threats ”sub-dimension. According to the results of the research, it is understood that the students' information security awareness is in good condition. There is a difference in favor of male students in self-sufficiency in using online tools. Researchers who want to work on this topic have been suggested to do research using different educational levels and different variables.
