This study uses relational method is a guantitaive studying which aims to test who has romantic relationship among yound adults’s some sociodemographic variables and codependency with sub-dimensions predict or not the perceived romantic relationship qualities. The sample of the study consists of 212 among young adults who have been in a romantic relationship for at least three months. In the study, the demographic information form, codependency determination, and perceived romantic relationship quality scale prepared by the researcher were used to determine the sociodemographic variables of the participants. SPSS 28 programs were used in data analysis. In comparing the scores of both scales according to the groups, independent groups t-test and a one-way analysis of variance method (ANOVA) were used. Pearson's correlation method has been used to examine the relationship between the codependency scale and its subscales and perceived romantic relationship quality scores. Then, the hierarchical regression method was used to determine the estimating effect of codependency scale sub-dimensions on perceived romantic relationship quality. As a result of this research, the effect of codependency scale sub-dimensions on perceived romantic relationship quality scores was found statistically significant. In addition, the family-related obstacles sub-dimension and hiding yourself, which is one of the codependency sub-dimensions, was determined to be a significant predictor for perceived romantic relationship quality point average. The information gained from the inquiry was disputed and interpreted in the light of the literature, and suggestions were presented.
