The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between school administrators' crisis management skills and school health regarding teachers' views. In accordance with this purpose, it was examined whether the opinions of teachers about the variables differed according to gender, seniority, educational status, length of study at school, age and type of high school. The relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the research. The population of the research consists of 3014 teachers working in Anatolian high schools, Vocational and Technical Anatolian high schools and Anatolian Imam Hatip high schools in Ankara province Çankaya district in the 2021-2022 academic year. The stratified sampling method, one of the random sampling methods, was chosen to determine the schools where the research will be conducted. In this direction, the sample of the research consists of 341 public high school teachers. In this study, in which the relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used, the collected data set was analyzed with arithmetic mean, standard deviation ratio, percentile test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. SPSS and LISREL 8.80 programs were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the analyses, it was seen that there is a low-level and positive relationship between organizational health and the sub-dimensions of the crisis management skills of school administrators in the pre-crisis period, crisis period and post-crisis period. According to the opinions of the teachers, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the crisis management skills of school administrators and organizational health.
