Özet
In this research, it has been aimed to examine the Turkish education system in terms of the Strategic plans of the Ministry of National Education (MONE) and to evaluate and discuss related to the performance values. In the evaluation of the strategic plans of the Ministry of National Education, it has been aimed to present an approach on the comparison of the targets reported according to years. Considering the efforts of the Turkish education system to adapt to the European Union (EU) education policies; it tried to evaluate the effects of the meeting on the achievement of the goals of the planned training. In this study, it has been planned to examine the general educational problems and acquisitions of the strategic plans in terms of achieving the goals of pre-school, primary and secondary education. The analysis, which is also referred to as FÜTZ Analysis or GZFT Analysis in Turkish, but mostly referred to as SWOT, provided a general framework of flexibility to be used in both the public and private sectors. The data obtained has been classified by SWOT analysis, so that the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this information can be uncovered. Since all analysis data collected and evaluated are open access, they are the values that can be obtained by everyone
