The purpose of this study was to Behavioral Styles Inventory (DSE) based on the DISC model by Marston. Through time, the model has evolved significantly. It is intended to contribute to university students' awareness about their strong and weak characteristics (e.g., ways to strengthen communication with other team members, their fears and values, comfortable work environment, challenging tasks) in the business world by learning about their behavioral styles through the Behavioral Styles Inventory. The participants consist of 339 volunteering university students selected by a convenience sampling method. After the data collection, principal component analysis was conducted for each of the four styles, and the twelve adjectives with the highest factor loading were determined. Then, two-dimensional principal component analysis and scale intercorrelations analysis were conducted by calculating the total scores of each dimension to see the theoretical compatibility with the DİSC model. The results showed that the positions of the behavior styles were consistent with the theoretical model. A statistically significant difference was found between males and females in favor of males only in the D style. The KR-20 reliability coefficients of the measurements obtained from the inventory ranged from .74 to .84. As a result of the research, the Behavioral Styles Inventory consists of four dimensions and twelve items. The inventory, which has four adjectives in each item, consists of forty-eight adjectives. Therefore, behavior styles inventory is a tool that can be answered in a short time and is easily scored.
