Purpose of research is to determine views and recommendations of students, teachers and school principals about factors affecting and extent to which factors affect in what degree to 12th grade students' academic success and future expectations in school environment during the high school preparation period and on how to raise the expectations and success in this regard. The research was designed with multiple method strategy. Stratified sampling method was used to determine study sample. The number of schools implemented within scope of research is 33 high schools from Bursa. The Personal Information Form which was developed by the researchers, Academic Achievement and Future Expectations Scales were used in this study. Necessary permissions were obtained from the Hacettepe University Senate Ethics Commission and Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education. The research data were collected from schools by the researcher. The research data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative statistical methods and results were obtained. According to results; it was found that perceptions of teachers, administrators and students related to factors affecting students' academic success and future expectations differed statistically. When suggestions of students, teachers and administrators are considered; necessity changes in school's management style that must be adapted to the age, increase of teachers’ quality, the more functional and practical orientation of lessons, education-oriented planning of 12th grade students has been revealed. Environments that students where social, sportive and artistic activities can be held and liked by students in schools should be created and activities should be increased.
