This study examined the relationships between ethical leadership and organizational commitment, as well as the mediating role of trust in supervisor and psychology of contract violation in this relationship. To this end, data were collected from 221 employees from a variety of industries in Malaysia using a web-based questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using the PROCESS macro for SPSS which uses a regression-based approach to mediation analysis. The results showed that, as hypothesized, ethical leadership is positively related to organizational commitment. Furthermore, it was found that trust in supervisor and the psychological contract violation mediated the relationships between ethical leadership and organizational commitment.
