One of the most important individual differences is learning styles. Learning styles are ways of learning that are innate and resistant to change. While some individuals have more than one learning style, only one style is seen as dominant in some individuals. Kinesthetic learning style, which is one of these styles, is a learning way focused on movement and touch. Students may experience some problems in teaching in a style that is not suitable for them. Especially if a student's only kinesthetic learning style is dominant, it requires a separate study for that student in the teaching process. In this study, it was aimed to examine the use of kinesthetic learning style, which is one of the learning styles, which is the answer to how students learn best, in Turkish lessons. In the research, besides examining the activities of the textbooks in order to reveal the use of the kinesthetic learning style in Turkish lessons, the opinions of teachers and students were also consulted. As a result of the research, a total of 22 activities that could be related to the kinesthetic learning style were determined in the 5, 6, 7 and 8 grade Turkish textbooks. It was concluded that the most kinesthetic learning style-related activity among all the books examined was in the 5th grade Turkish textbook with 7 activities. According to the opinions of most of the teachers and students, it was determined that activities related to kinesthetic learning style except for the textbook activities were not adequately applied in the lessons. As a result of the interviews with the teachers, it was concluded that 92.9% of the teachers wanted the activities for the kinesthetic learning style in Turkish textbooks to be increased in terms of quantity and quality. As a result of the interviews with the students, it was concluded that the students wanted to be increased the activities for the kinesthetic learning style in Turkish textbooks and in Turkish lessons apart from the books. Moreover, in the research, various suggestions were made regarding the use of kinesthetic learning style in Turkish lessons.
