Üstün Zekâlı Öğrencilere Yönelik Farklılaştırılmış Matematik Öğretiminin Etkililiği: Bir Meta-Analiz Çalışması
Özet
This study, aimed to examine the effect of differentiated mathematic instruction,
which is often used with gifted students. Differentiated instruction is modification of
the content, process and product considering the student's interests and needs.
Within the scope of this purpose, Web of Science, Scopus, Proquest, Dergipark,
National Thesis Center and Google Scholar databases were scanned. No year limit
was imposed as the screening. A total of 31 research was included in the study
between 1985-2020. The data were analyzed using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis
(CMA) software. Hedges g was used as the effect size value. The study's findings
showed that differentiated mathematics teaching is an effective strategy in the
education of gifted students.
