Abstract

The scope of application of collective labour agreement briefly means, who will benefit from the collective labour agreement and under which conditions. As a rule, employee who are members of signatory trade union benefit from the collective labour agreement. Additionally, it is possible to benefit from the collective labour agreement through payment of solidarity dues, with written consent of the signatory trade union and by extension. In the study, after giving general information about the collective labour agreement, the scope of application of collective labour agreement tried to be explained by compairing former Acts with the Act No.6356 on Unions and Collective Labour Agreements.
