The subject of this study will be to examine the conclusion to multiple choice questions on the basis of cognitive fields by grade same 5 and 6 students who participated in all 4 Gain Assessment Practice (KDU) implemented in 2017 and 2018 in private schools that have contracted with A education company. This study is a quantitative study and carries the characteristics of screening research. KDU is an practices performed twice a year in order to evaluate students' knowledge and skill levels within the framework of cognitive processes. Cognitive domains of KDU exam questions are recognition, practice and reasoning. Learning areas of KDU exam questions are vary according to the grade level and the scope of the examination. The learning areas of the KDU exam questions are limited to numbers and operations, algebra, geometry and measurement, data processing and probability as indicated in the secondary school mathematics curriculum. The data of the study consisted of same 440 students' answers to the KDU questions applied in the given years. By examining the answers of the students, it will be interpreted whether the correct solving of the questions at the cognitive level of recognition, practice and reasoning differ according to the cognitive level. At the same time, it interpreted by analyzing whether the answers to recognition, practice and reasoning questions differ in the fifth and sixth grade level.
