In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between social justice leadership, quality of school life and sense of school belonging based on students’ responses. The research is a relational descriptive study. 2553 students from 52 high schools from nine districts of Ankara were participated in this study. “Social Justice Leadership”, “Quality of School Life” and “Sense of School Belonging” scales were used. Students’ perceptions about the variables in the study were presented as mean and standard deviation, differentiation according to different variables were analyzed by t-test and one-way ANOVA. Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the variables in the study. Moreover, Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) was used in determining the relationships between dependent and independent variables. According to research findings, students’ perceptions about social justice leadership, quality of school life and sense of school belonging are at medium level. It has also been observed that opportunity and achievement factor has the highest mean while, participation factor has the lowest mean. Another finding is that students’ perceptions about the variables in the study differs according to their gender, family’s income status, development level of the region of the school, type and size of school. In addition, there are significant, positive, high and medium level relationships between the variables of the study. It has also been determined that participation factor at school level; social integration, educational expectation, general satisfaction and teacher factors at student level have significant effect on students’ sense of school belonging.
