This text searches for a possibility of thinking with images along with a nomad thought on images by following some symptoms and traits that appear on works in the exhibition “grows between among other things”. Each chapter written during the process of creation of these works are devoted to the concepts that define these symptoms and traits. To start with, the extent of multiple connections within each piece and between every other work is discussed in terms of space. In this context, the spatial differences which results from unstitching and weaving of the strings are explained by the production of felt, a nomadic invention. Then, the necessity of a vigorous eye that can construct these multiple relations and form the interconnections, and the reasons of this being possible by nomad images, is discussed by examples. In the next chapter, an affective vision and sensation enabled by a particular positioning immanent in nomad image is discussed with respect to motive-ground relations. After that, the use of lines forming affections rather than passive feelings are compared via Egyptian relief, Greek and Gothic decorations. The fact that repetition without a certain purpose is inclusive of some sort of empiricism and that the repetition as such presents itself in the form of multiplicity are examined in the next chapter. Following that, the formation of nomadic floating space are elaborated in Triptychs in terms of movements, and speed. In the chapter Desiccation/Contraction/Expansion, the relation of nomad image with materiality is explored from the perspective of the pairs, matter-form and content-form. Finally, affirmative meaning of subtraction displayed as a gesture throughout the exhibition is explained in relation to works. It is obvious that this text might yield some gaps in the reader’s mind when solely approached. Therefore, treating the text and exhibition together will be more suitable for the text and also more comfortable for the reader.
