Okullarda Örgütsel Yaratıcılık ve Yönetsel İnovasyona İlişkin Öğretmen Görüşlerinin İncelenmesi

The aim of this study is to examine the outlook of the relationship between organizational creativity and managerial innovation at schools based on teachers’ perceptions. Additionally, it is examined that level of organizational creativity predicts level of managerial innovation at schools according to the teachers’ perceptions. The sample group of this study on relational screening model is consisted of 15542 teachers who perform a duty in 265 different public high schools in seven districts of Ankara during 2017-2018 academic year. In the analysis of the data obtained in the research, t test, ANOVA, LSD test of post hoc tests, Pearson Correlation coefficient and multivariate regression analysis were used. The result of the research showed that the average of organizational creativity of high schools are high and their level of managerial innovation is medium. Also, it is observed that the level of organizational creativity and managerial innovation on male teachers’ perceptions is high. While age factor is not a determinant factor for the total and all sub-dimensions of organizational creativity; for the administrational support of executive innovation and the sub-dimensions of innovative atmosphere, teachers’ older than 40 seems in a lower perceptions level. It is determined that there is a high positive significance between organizational creativity and managerial innovation. While the total score of organizational creativity, administrative creativity and social creativity are significant precursor of managerial innovation, the sub-dimensions of individual creativity are not only precursor of managerial innovation.
