This research was made for determining opinions of primary, elementary and high schools’ teachers about institution principal’s efficiency on education’s supervision. Study’s target population consists of 22474 teachers from Ankara’s Çankaya, Yenimahalle and Keçiören districts in 2017-2018 year. 405 teachers were chosen for study population as representatives of study’s sample. For collecting data, ‘’Assesment of Teachers’’ survey developed by Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Başar was used. To analyse data, frequency, percentage, t-test, single direction variance analysis and Tukey test were used. Research was performed in scanning model. Significance level was taken 0.05. Obtained findings according to research’s results are below: It’s seen that personal and professional grading of teachers by principals, school, family and environment opportunities, planning and practicing of course activities, average participation level in legal and executive texts and Turkish national education’s main purposes compliance inspection level are ‘’many’’. Personal and professional characteristics of teachers, planning and practicing of course activities, main purpose compliance inspection of legal and executive texts and Turkish national education to school, family and environment opportunities views participation levels don’t differ in significance level based on gender, it shows significance level difference based on institution. While planning and practicing of course activities, participation level according to school, family and environment opportunities differ in significance level based on branch, it doesn’t differ in significance level based on other sub-dimensions. Personal and professional characteristic of teachers, planning and practising of course activities inspection participation level may differ in significance level based on seniority while it doesn’t on other sub-dimensions. While planning and practicing of course activities, school, family and environment opportunities, legal and administrative texts and Turkish national education’s main purposes’ compliance supervision views participation level differs in significance level, it doesn’t differ significantly on other sub-dimensions.
