Hareketli Kamerada Gerçek Zamanlı Orman Yangın Dumanı Tespiti
Özet
The methods that have been developed earlier for the forest fire detection is built so that the camera monitors a fixed region. If any fire stuation occurs in an area outside of the camera s angle of view, detection of fire will be delayed and it will be too late to intervene. The aim of the study in this thesis is to detect the presence of smoke in an image frame acquired from a moving camera that can monitor a wide range of 360 degrees. First, the movement information of the camera is obtained from the images. Using this movement information a fixed background information is obtained and updated at certain time intervals. We compare the snapshot frame with a fixed background to identify the moving pixels in the image and examine whether the moving pixel is a smoke due to a possible fire or not.
