This study, which analyzes the level of realization of the glocal leadership behaviors of the managers in the vocational and technical education process and their interactions with the stakeholders, was carried out in the mixed method. The level of realization of the glocal leadership behaviors of the managers was determined by using non-parametric methods, and the views of the managers on interaction and related concepts were investigated. How frequently interacted with stakeholders was visualized and social network analysis-specific metrics were calculated. The study group consists of principals, vice principals and assistant principals of official vocational and technical Anatolian high schools in Ankara. Multidimensional Glocal Leadership Scale and Stakeholder Interaction Questionnaire on Glocal Leadership Dimensions were used. Data were obtained from 540 principals and analyzed with SPSS, MAXQDA and UCINET. According to the results, the level of realization of the glocal leadership behaviors of the administrators is at a high level and has a significant difference according to the variables of duty, educational status and the location of the school. The concept of interaction, formal interaction, informal interaction and interaction structure themes were obtained. In the theme of interaction; influencing, communicating, shopping and sharing; in the theme of formal interaction formal, in the theme of informal interaction regular, planned; unstructured social life; In the theme of interaction structure scope of the interaction, stakeholders, importance. Network densities range from 1% to 21%. Provincial/district directorates of national education, Ministry of National Education and vocational high schools are star actors.
