This study was carried out to determine the requirements of 48-71 months old children who are at risk of language development and currently attending preschool institutions, to organize a developmental early intervention program that bases the requirements and aims to support language development in early childhood, to define effectiveness of the program and to inspect the feedback from mother about program. The participants of the research are consisted of 94 children and their mothers. To define the effect of Developmental Early Intervention Program on children’ language development Test of Early Language Development (TEDİL) was used. Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire (PARQ) and State-Trait Anxiety Scale (STAI-TX) used to evaluate the impact of program on mothers. As a result of the research a significant and permanent difference in the language development of the children in favor of the experimental group and a significant difference between mothers' relationships with their children in terms of family acceptance and rejection in general was found. While a significant difference was found in both state anxiety and trait anxiety in the experimental group, no significant difference was found in trait anxiety in the control group. The Program was examined by the families in terms of educator, program, and participant dimensions, and it was concluded that the program and its implementation process were qualified, information-enhancing, enhancing intra-family communication, beneficial, encouraging family participation, and generating positive emotions. The Developmental Early Intervention Program and the implementation process in general contributed to the participants in a positive and multi-directional way.
