In the study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between the charismatic leadership behaviors of secondary school principals and the organizational loyalty behaviors of teachers. Two scales were used in the study with the permissions obtained. The first, Conger-Kanungo Charismatic Leadership Scale (CK-KLÖ), which is the Turkish adaptation of the Conger-Kanungo Charismatic Leadership scale developed by Conger and Kanungo (1994) into Turkish by Özdemir and Pektaş (2020). Second, the Organizational Loyalty Scale (ÖSO), developed by Akman, was applied. The sample and study population of the research consists of 405 public secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, which are randomly selected and located in 9 central districts of Ankara in the 2. semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. A questionnaire was applied to secondary school teachers working in these schools via Google forms. This research was carried out with a descriptive survey model. Quantitative data collected with the questionnaire were transferred to the computer with Excel and SPSS 25 programs and evaluated. Pearson correlation and regression were used in the study. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that there was a general increase in teachers' loyalty as a result of the charismatic leadership behaviors of school administrators. It has been determined that teachers think that their principals frequently exhibit charismatic leadership behaviors. As a result, it was concluded that the charismatic leadership of principals is a significant predictor of teachers' loyalty perceptions.
