Abstract

The concept of glocal, formed by the combination of global and local concepts, is an expression which can be defined by the statement of think global, act local. Balancing global values with local expectations is on the basis of this approach which is accepted as the most effective method of implementing global standards.Organization leaders play essential roles in forming a global and local balance at once. Hence, it can be stated that glocal leadership qualities come into prominence for organizational management in the 21st century.Educational institutions are organizations which are expected to follow the contemporary developments and implement them and to form a corporate identity.
