Organizational trust has recently been among the subjects that draw attention in the fields of organization and management. This concept, which develops depending more on the human resource in organization, is of great importance for organizations to achieve their goals.The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of the academic staff who work at some state universities in Turkey and Iran about organizational trust (Ankara and Tehran sample) and to examine whether their levels of organizational trust vary significantly by demographic variables (gender, age, seniority, degree and university) In the study, three sub-dimensions of organizational trust (trust in managers, colleagues, and students) are examined separately.As the research was conducted in two different universities, it consists of two different universes and so two different samples.
