Öğretim Elemanlarının Algılarına Göre Örgütsel Sinizm İle Tükenmişlik Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

In the current study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship of organizational cynicism and burnout of the academicians working in different faculties of four state universities located in Ankara. The participant academicians organizational cynicism and burnout perceptions were investigated in relation to their gender, age, marital status, current university, and current faculty, academic position title, tenure, length of service in the current university, and having any administrative responsibility. A total of 392 academicians (189 female and 203 male) were participated in the study. The data collection tools were Organizational Cynicism Scale developed by Brandes, Dharwadkar, and Dean (1999), and Maslach Burnout Inventory developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981).
