Yedinci Sınıf Öğrencilerinin Matematik ve Fen Bilimleri Derslerinde Sentezleyen Zihin Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi
Özet
The aim of this study is to investigate to what extent do the 7th grade math and science curriculums involve the characteristics of synthesizing mind, to what extent do the students present the behaviours of synthesizing mind in teaching and learning process and the impact of the teachers to this extent.The study group was formed by students, and math and science teachers in three schools (above average, average, and below average) located in central district of Ankara. The schools were chosen according to Level Determination Examination (SBS) scores in 2012 by utilizing stratified purposeful sampling method.The study was performed during the fall term of 2014-2015 academic year.
