Özet
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of case-based curriculum as well as identifying the views of instructors and students on case-based learning approach. The research findings revealed that there was a statistically significant difference on students total achievement level as well as students learning levels on knowledge, comprehension, analysis, and evaluation between experimental and control groups in favor of both experimental groups. The quantitative results apparently showed that experimental groups performed better than control groups but no significant difference was recorded between two experimental groups. The interview data derived from both instructor and students indicate that CBL was effective for improving students cognitive skills, affective characteristics and social skills.
