| dc.description.abstract | In a globalizing world, tourism has become an important item of income and prestige of countries. Countries that want to increase their share in the tourism market are trying to diversify their potential.
Gastronomy tourism is one of the elements of this diversification. Gastronomy festivals are also the most important events in the field of gastronomy. This study examines the gastronomy festivals in Ukraine, argues their functions and discusses their positive and negative aspects. This study explains with various examples of how Ukraine has benefited for its political and cultural development from gaining independence in 1991 and studies the effect of this independence on festivals.
At the end of the study, it is determined that the Gastronomy Festivals in Ukraine brought a great benefit to the promotion of the country and its culture, the economic, social, psychological, environmental and cultural functions of the Ukrainian community, especially in the regions hosting the festivals were examined and detailed information and visuals about the Gastronomy Festivals were presented. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Küreselleşen dünyada turizm, artık ülkelerin önemli gelir kalemi ve prestiji haline gelmiştir. Turizm pastasından payını artırmak isteyen ülkeler sahip oldukları potansiyeli çeşitlendirmeye çalışmaktadırlar.
Gastronomi turizmi, bu çeşitlendirmenin öğelerinden biridir. Gastronomi festivalleri de gastronominin en önemli etkinlikleridir. Bu çalışmada Ukrayna’daki gastronomi festivalleri incelenmiş, işlevleri ortaya konmuş ve olumlu olumsuz yönleri tartışılmıştır.
Çalışmada Ukrayna’nın 1991 yılında bağımsızlığı kazanmasıyla siyasi ve kültürel olarak gelişimine ivme kazandırdığı çeşitli örneklerle açıklanmış, bu bağımsızlığın festivaller üzerindeki etkisi anlatılmıştır.
Çalışmanın sonunda Ukrayna’daki Gastronomi Festivallerinin Ukrayna’nın tanıtımına ve kültürüne büyük yarar getirdiği saptanmış, Ukrayna toplumunun özellikle festivallere ev sahipliği yapan bölgelerin ekonomik, sosyal, psikolojik, çevresel ve kültürel yönden işlevleri incelenmiş, Gastronomi Festivalleri ile ilgili detaylı bilgiler ve görseller sunulmuştur. | tr_TR |
