Özet
This research; It is intended to be a recommendation to the administrators of educational institutions by introducing the organizational stress sources of educational administrators in education institutions in Hatay province. When stress is examined in the organizational context; It can cause negative consequences such as low performance and motivation, increase in employee turnover rate and absenteeism. For this reason, there is a need to conduct studies to identify organizational stress sources and take precautions. In order to meet this requirement, firstly, the concept of stress, approaches to stress, types of stress, consequences of stress and the conceptual framework for stress management are presented. After that; In order to determine the sources of stress in the management units, the effects of these sources on the management staff, the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the employees and the sources of stress, and the methods of management staff to cope with stress, a voluntary survey was conducted for the administrators of education institutions working in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Hatay province. It was carried out by applying a survey. The survey created via Google Docs was sent to the participants and data was collected. The research is in the general survey model. In this study, which is quantitative research, data was collected by scale, scale application, and source scanning. The research was conducted to examine the effects of stress factors on different demographic variables. The method of this study is a survey study.
