Muris Muvazaası
Özet
Agreements made by the parties with the intention of deceiving third parties, which do
not comply with their real will and which do not have any effect or effect between
themselves, although they are valid in appearance, are called collusion. In some cases,
those who leave an inheritance, through the savings they made very close to their death,
steal property from their permanent successors and deprive them of the right to inherit.
Muris collusion, defined in doctrine and practice as the inheritors stealing property from
their successors, is a widely used method. In the study, the muris collusion will be
emphasized.
