Parametrik Tasarım Odağında Seramik ve Eklemeli Üretim İş Birliği
Özet
This study, which examines the interaction of parametric design thought with ceramics, was created as a result of shaping the modules created in a three-dimensional design program in the computer environment with the additive manufacturing method. The design model created in the three-dimensional design program is created with a three-dimensional printer using the additive manufacturing technique. This design pavilion, where ceramics and architecture take form, is a personal creativity exercise where the coexistence of different disciplines is supported by additive manufacturing. In the thesis, firstly, a literature analysis on parametric design was made, and in the second part; The relationship between deconstruction, modularity and parametric design was examined. In the third section; The intersection of the fields of ceramics, art and architecture has been questioned. The following sections; examine the use of computers in the parametric design process and the additive manufacturing process and equipment that enables production. After the analysis of the design pavilion concept and related issues, which provide the infrastructure for the implementation of the project, process description and evaluations are included in the applied part of the project. The model created; is an original research in which we can observe how art, design and architecture affect each other. It is a defence project that tries to reveal that the interaction reflections of traditional and digital technology can be seen in many different disciplines and that productivity can be increased through various interpretations and inquiries. The results obtained show that parametric thinking, which is open to diversity and innovation, has the potential to shape creativity.
