Kan Pıhtılaşma Faktörlerinden Faktör VIII'in Anjiyogeneze Pozitif Etkisinin Koriyoallantoyik Membran Modelinde Gösterilmesi
Özet
Tissue engineering has become an approach that is frequently used in the field of health along with many disciplines today. In vascular tissue engineering, which is one of these areas, substances that affect the vascular endothelium can also be the subject of investigation. Factor VIII (FVIII), considered as one of these substances, is a coagulation protein that is an important part of the intrinsic pathway in coagulation and in its deficiency causes X-linked recessive inherited hemophilia A. There are studies in the literature focusing on the extra-coagulative nature of FVIII. In this thesis presented, the possible pro-angiogenic role of FVIII was investigated in the chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model, which is suitable for use in angiogenesis studies. The effect of slow release FVIII with the help of sodium alginate/gelatin hydrogel was also evaluated. For this, four experimental groups were determined, photographs were taken 72 hours after the applications and the morphological changes in vascularization were evaluated with the Image J program.
