Administration of anaesthesia for obstetric patients has always been more specific than normal. The gold standard anesthesia method of elective cesarean section without any contraindication is spinal anaesthesia and one of the most common side effects of that is hypotension. It is recommended to use vasopressor support, fluid coloading and positioning the patient together in the management of hypotension. The patients were evaluated 3 times preoperatively, at the 6th hour postoperatively and at the postoperative 24th hour. There was no statistically significant correlation between the amount of fluid administered to the patients in the first 24 hours and BNP, CA-125 levels and IJVCI. Thoracic ultrasound evalution findings were found to be related to the amount of fluid administered; It was observed that as the amount of applied fluid increased, the fluid seen in the extravascular space in the lung increased. It is recommended to expand the use of non-invasive, easily applicable and easily accessible ultrasound when planning fluid therapy for pregnant women. Further clinical experience and studies with sufficient number of patients are needed to evaluate these results in depth.
