| dc.description.abstract | When Mustafa Kemal Atatürk founded the republic, he didn't just change the regime, withal he changed the traditional mentality and several subjects which were effective on society. With the republican regime, a new Turkish identity was created and some works have been carried out fort the permanence of regime. When we look at the focus of the studies, it will be seen that these issues are mostly adressed directly or indirectly on the children who represent the future of the country. The phenomenon of the child, deprived of such a meaning in the past, in other words neglected, would gain a place in the country with the republic, become visible and form a basis fort he formation of the society's perception of child. The Republic had to raise the ideal citizen who would carry the new nation-state identity from childhood. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, cumhuriyeti kurduğu zaman sadece rejimi değil aynı zamanda geleneksel anlayışı ve toplum hayatına etki eden konuları da değiştirme ve medenileştirme yoluna gitmişti. Cumhuriyet rejimi ile beraber yeni Türk kimliği yaratılmış ve rejimin kalıcılığını sağlamak amacıyla bazı çalışmalar yürütülmüştü. Çalışmaların odağına bakıldığında bu konuların daha çok, ülkenin geleceğini temsil eden çocuklar ve çocukları da kapsayan gençlik üzerine doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak ele alındığı görülmektedir. Geçmişte böyle bir anlamdan mahrum olan, diğer bir deyişle ihmal edilen çocuk olgusu, cumhuriyet ile beraber kendisine ülkede bir yer edinecek, görünür olacak ve toplumun çocuk algısında yeni bir kavram oluşturmaya başlayacaktı. Cumhuriyet'in yeni ulus-devlet kimliğini taşıyacak ideal vatandaşını çocukluktan yetiştirmesi gerekmekteydi. | tr_TR |
