The Covid-19 pandemic has radically changed the way life and work around the world. Because of the epidemic, it has become a major problem to ensure business continuity in organizations. In the 1970 years, the remote work used for the continuation of working life in the OPEC crisis has been a remedy tool. Remote working is a form of work that allows an individual to do his work with technological tools in a place away from home or workplace. Remote working is a way of working that many organizations and employees in Turkey experienced for the first time. Remote working practices and the uncertainty created by the pandemic in business life cause employees to feel their resources threatened. It becomes difficult to their resources converse and establish work-life balance. Based on resource conservation theory the research. The banking sector was selected for the research.It was investigated how the sub-dimensions of work-life balance differed according to the demographic characteristics of remote workers ,the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction, the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction and the differences between job satisfaction in demographic characteristics. The study was attended by 326 bank employees who were involved in a remote working process in a public bank. Minnesota job satisfaction scale and work life balance scales were used for the research. . The research found significant differences in the subdimension of work life balance and job satisfaction. It has shown a positive, highly significant relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction of remote workers. Work-life balance has a partial impact on job satisfaction.
