Abstract

As have been mentioned about management in the field of health, the width ofvision, the altitude of knowledge and intellectual capital and the pursuit of changes,may be in question, become important. Therefore, understanding of healthadministration should take over not only in micro sense in the form of managementof health care organizations, but also in the scope of halth policies, such as mentalwell- being and the assessment with the different aspects of factors, that threathuman health and in macro sense the administration of health institution. It meansthat, as this subject is evaluated within the scope of processes of health policies andplanning, both the overall structures of organizations, present mental health services,and also in general the questioning of resources, that allocated for this area could bebecome a current issue.
