Sağlık Kurumlarında Lider-Üye Etkileşim Düzeyi ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkinin Değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
This study aims to determine the leader-member exchange levels of health professions and their tendencies to exhibit organizational citizenship behaviors and reveal whether or not the above-mentioned levels vary by personal characteristics, organizational characteristics, and leader s characteristics and whether or not the employees assessments concerning leader-member exchange levels have any influence on their tendencies to exhibit organizational citizenship behaviors. To this end, questionnaire forms have been distributed to the health professions working at a public hospital and a private hospital in Ankara through face-to-face interview, and the data obtained from 423 health professions have been evaluated. The analysis results indicate that the health professions have a medium leader-member exchange level and a high level of tendency to exhibit organizational citizenship behaviors.
