Abstract

The aim of my survey is to Show the concrete barrier which are placed in frond of munipical buildings by law administrator. While the situation of "concrete mass" in the cities we live in is obvious, the decoration of the concrete barriers with artificial plants made the problem even more visible.

According to the results of survey relation of capital with buildings formed today’s urban fabric, which is done to prevent economic crisis, is a natural disasters. Because it’s aim is to increase town fixed capital. The use of necessary unnatural energy resources in the production phase forms the basis of natural disasters. How and in what direction this destruction occurred on the natural environment reveals the reason for the existence of the thesis.
