Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi Ephemeroptera Faunasının Su Çerçeve Direktifi (Sçd) Uygulamasında Yer Almak Üzere Sistematik ve Ekolojik Yönden Araştırılması

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the Ephemeroptera fauna of the Eastern BlackSea Region, to investigate systematic and ecological aspects of the Ephemeropterafauna in the Region, to identify the reference sites and reference Ephemeropteracommunities according to Water Framework Directive.In this study, 24 sites were chosen in the streams in the Eastern Black Sea Region.Ephemeroptera individuals were collected from these 24 sites. Physico-chemicalvariables (Temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, pH, Electrical conductivity, PO4-P, NO3-N, NO2-N, NH4-N and SO4) were measured. According to the physico-chemicalvariables, water qualtiy of the sites were determined. Nine sites were oligosaprobic,14 sites were beta-mesosaprobic and 1 site was alpha-mesosaprobic.
