Oecd Ülkeleri İle Türkiye'nin Yükseköğretim Finansman Sistemlerinin Karşılaştırılması ve Türkiye İçin Bir Finansman Modeli Önerisi

Abstract

In this study; it is aimed to analyze the higher education financial systems in OECD countries and compare them with the current system in Turkey, then to improve an applicable financial model for Turkish higher education system, besides to improve some proposals for higher education administration system and campus system which are related with financial system to improve efficiency and productivity of financial resources.First of all, the place and importance of university education in education system, its history, the development of financial techniques, the fundamental factors affecting the education and the financial system currently used in the developed countries have been summarized. Later, the higher education systems of some OECD countries with Turkey have been analyzed in general and their financial systems have been analyzed in details.
