This research is descriptive study that aims to analyze social anxiety, peer relations and some demographic variances of problematic internet use of high school students. Working group consisted of high school students in total of 682, those were of 356 famale (%52,2) and 326 were of male (%47,8) from 9th, 10th and 11th grades of 2012–2013 the fall term academic year of three high schools in Cankaya, Etimesgut and Mamak district of Ankara. In the research, to determine students problematic internet use Problematic Internet Use Scale- Adolescent developed by Ceyhan and Ceyhan (2009), to define social anxiety level, Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents devloped by Aydın and Tekinsav-Sütcü (2007) and adapted to high school students by researcher, to specify peer relations
