Sağlıklı Yetişkinlerde Aktivite Sırasında Kavrama Kuvveti ve Temas Alanlarının Büyüklüklerinin Farklı Kavramalarda İncelenmesi
Abstract
The primary goal of this research,a maximum of 4 different type of grip (standart, pinch, lateral and tripod) used in their daily life activities of healthy individuals was to analyze in detail. The other objects are that; occurring during the use of said 4 different grasp types of the size of the contact area, a detailed analysis of the grasping force value, the size of the contact area between the active grasp and functional grasp patterns, identification and comparison the difference between the amount of force. Study includes 80 subjects (43 female, 37 male) between the ages of 18 and 65 who are using right hand more. For this analysis, Grasp System (Tekscan Grip System) what belongs to sensors located on the right hand of the person wearing special gloves were asked to grip and release objects (active grip) or to use the objects functionally (functional grip) determined. The position of the contact area between the object and hand, and the size of this area and the location and value of the force which occurs by hand to the object were analyzed. It was found to increase the maximum grasp force and maximum contact area values which occurs during the functional grasping. As statistical significance levels p <0.05 was considered significant. There is a significant difference between active and functional grip (p <0.05) . These results necessitate grasping analysis which is important part of the hand assessment should be evaluated functionally.
