Solid Tümörlü Çocuklarda Kemoterapiye Bağlı Tat Değişimi ve Beslenme Durumlarının Değerlendirilmesi
Özet
Research was planned to examine the effects of intensive chemotherapy treatment for solid tumor children on their nutrition,taste and food aversion.Malnutritioned patients increased from 26.7% before 1st course to 42.68% after 3rd course.Increase in lean body mass has been recored in period between end of 2nd and before of 3rd course(p 0.05).MUAC(p 0.05)decreased after courses.Their BMI,MUAC and TSF Z scores increased(p 0.05)in nontherapic period.Their body weight decreased after courses(p 0.05).Change in taste and appetite has been seen all courses.Increase in anorexia has been detected in end of all courses by Peds-PAACT(p 0.05).Skipping meal increased with course and breakfast was the most common.Egg was so common in terms of development of food aversion.Increase in sweet treshold and decrease sour bitter treshold are important before 3rd course(p 0.05).In conclusion,taste have been changed and they have lost weight during chemotherapy.In nontherapic period,they recovered it.
