Halk Hukuku ve Köy Odaları: Sivas Şarkışla Gümüştepe Köyü Örneği

Abstract

This study examines village chambers which have been formed by the transfer ofthousands of years and public rights which are formed around these chambers in aTurkish village which is Gümüştepe has about 200 house and this village is in MiddleAnatolia. The main goal of this thesis is that the perception of own rights of thischamber people with some implementations such that infliction, praise, satirize, claping,being in the sulks. The main point is rather modern rights which are complicated thanthat chamber culture with marquee origin. Also, logical truth is not main target. Insteadof this, how they have been implemented and accepted. Besides this, the data which hasbeen obtained with study is not a reference for Turkish Modern Rigths which has beenaffected with the rigths of Switzerland and Germany. The data will create a source ofTurkish Legal System.
