Abstract
This study is about the impacts of the precarious work which has two dimensional feature and affects all the labor group regardless of either feature of labour force or qualify of labor, on the relationships of research assistants in organizational structure, how they build their social life and the future plans about maintaining their career after doctorate. The study is based on data which is obtained from interviews with 15 women and 9 men in total 24 research assistants who work according to 50 d article of Higher Education Act Code No. 2547. Research results show that precarious work effects the research assistants s who interviewed family life, economical preference, phsycological and psyhical health widely by emerging the subjective dimension which felt special to individuals.
