| dc.description.abstract | 1980s have witnessed that capitalism had gone through the process of globalization with neo-liberal economic policies. In Turkey, 12th September coup was the major sequence of this process which caused various crises all over the world and there has been a breaking point that led the reconstruction of social identity.Ozal government coordinated with the coup regimen, has delayed the development of a democratic constitution in the social sphere and artistic and cultural climate has been overshadowed by military half boot for a while. The physical and psychological pressure of prohibitions and penalties have limited the cultural production, but also opportunities for new expressions of creativity have been prompted by enhanced communication channels. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | 1980 ler neo-liberal ekonomi siyasetiyle kapitalizmin küreselleşme sürecine şahit olmuştur. Tüm dünyada çeşitli krizlerle yaşanan bu sürecin Türkiye deki etkisi 12 Eylül darbesiyle hissedilmiş, toplumsal kimliğin yeniden kurgulandığı bir kırılma gerçekleşmiştir.Özal iktidarının darbe yönetimiyle eşgüdümlü çalışması, toplumsal alanda demokratik bir yapının gelişmesini geciktirmiş, sanatsal ve kültürel ortam uzunca bir süre postal gölgesinde kalmıştır. Yasakların ve cezaların fiziksel ve psikolojik baskısı, kültürel üretimi kısıtlarken, dünyayla iletişim kanallarının güçlenmesiyle algılar değişmiş ve yeni ifade olanaklarının yolu açılmıştır. Neo-liberal siyasetin ekonomik alanda sağladığı serbestlik hali, sanat piyasasının da canlanmasını sağlamış, sanat etkinlikleri çoğalmış ve kurumsallaşmıştır. | tr_TR |
