This study on “bird and ceramics, where the subject and form are brought together in art, in the process starting and continuing in 2004, is a long-term study consisting of the industrial design dimension of the plaster moulding methood, which is widely used in the ceramic art of our country and the subjective bird abstraction in which only raku technique is applied as the firing technique. .
In this study in which the subject of “bird in industrial design is examined from a general perspective, ceramic abstract figurative applications using sparrow, pigeon, owl, peacock, pheasant, frigate, cardinal and duck figures have been carried out and in the literature study, domestic studies on this subject have been carried out. In the scope of the research, it was used in detail.
Graduate Art Work Report named Ceramic Bird Figures in the Context of Industrial Design the research of information on the principles of industrial design at the level of literature and aplication has been handled with in our country and international dimension, and only a few examples of artists that can inspire this study are included. The subjective applications that form the basis of the report are tried to be put forward including the whole process by defining the idea of a subjective approach in the form of design, drawing, dimension, core modeling, mold making, casting, drying, rotating, firing and raku firing.
