| dc.description.abstract | The boundary is a phenomenon that has been code in memory since the most primitive periods of human history and has become taboos. These encodings ha-ve allowed to acting on how and on what of people for centuries. Religion, state, capitalism has created itself with these codes. The border has become more trans-formative than parsing.
This thesis examines the concepts of borders and borders in the artistic context. The concept of boundary is evaluated with artistic studies in different disciplines through body, memory, time, space and sexuality and these studies focused on the relationship between art concepts of borders and borders. Throughout this thesis we focus on art, boundary and boundless concepts, with video, painting, sculpture and performance work. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Sınır, insanlık tarihinin en ilkel dönemlerinden itibaren belleklerde kodlanan ve tabular haline dönüştürülen olgulardır. Bu kodlamalar yüzyıllar boyunca, insan-ların nasıl ve neye yönelik hareket etmesi gerektiğini sağladılar. Din, devlet, kapi-talizm bu kodlamalar ekseninde kendilerini var ederken, toplum içerisinde yer edinen sınır, ayrıştırmanın ötesinde, dönüştüren ve başkalaştıran konumuna geldi
Sanatsal bağlamda, sınır ve sınırsızlık kavramları, bu tez çalışmasında incelen-miştir. Sınır kavramı, farklı disiplinlerdeki sanatsal çalışmalar ile beden, bellek, zaman, mekân ve cinsiyet üzerinden ele alınmıştır. Tez süresince üretilen video, resim, enstalasyon ve performans çalışmalarında, sanat-sınır-sınırsızlık kavram-larının ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. | tr_TR |
