Employees’ commitment to their organizations and their job satisfaction are essential for organization’s sustainability, success and could be considered as a precondition for their continued existence in their industries. This study investigates the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Three sub dimensions of organizational commitment; emotional commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment were further examined throughout the study. The study also looked at the interaction between the two variables organizational commitment and job satisfaction in order to understand the causality between these two variables. The relationship among the variables, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and job satisfaction in regard to the demographic factors such as age, gender, education level and the number of years employed in the organization was investigated in this study. The study proved to provide many parallel results to the existing literature and was found that the perceived organizational support had positive effects on the levels of organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
